What does God look for in an individual?
Luke 18:8 “I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?”
In any discussion on prayer, Jesus just can’t seem to not mention faith. If you look at any Gospel discourse on prayer you will find some reference to faith. Faith may not be the only thing important to God, but it does seem to be one of the more important things He’s looking for in an individual.
When Jesus himself walked on earth, an individual’s faith level was one of the most important, if not the most important, determination into whether that person received a salvation blessing from Him or not. He could be in a crowd, and no one is mentioned, save that one person ‘with faith’ who received. To that person He would comment, ‘your faith has made you whole.’
If that was the way Jesus thought on earth, why would He think any differently now that He is in Heaven, sitting on the right-hand of power?
