  1. Thank you to you and your team for the inspirational Bible messages. My chemistry marks are always hurting to me. I always lose hope for my exams. Most times it gives me tears when being laughed at by friends at school. But the only thing that gives me peace and hope to move on is that; Even though life will fail me in so many ways yet my God has never failed me since the day he created me because He trusted me, has a plan for me and that’s the reason why He keeps me breathing each morning when He wakes me up to see the new blessings He has prepared for me. May God bless you all……..

Mel – I am believing for the grace and favor and wisdom of God to be all over you in Jesus Name! You will have the mind of Christ in all you do (I Corinthians 2:16, Philippians 2:5 KJV). Lean on Him to help you, to speak to you, and to give you wisdom and the ability to understand whatever you need to understand.

Try not to be affected by the harsh ridicule of others. It is only the torment of evil that tries to distract you. Jesus is your friend and the Holy Spirit is your Helper. Lean on them, and pull from them in faith. Do all you can, but believe that God will do for you all that you cannot do. God will NEVER fail you. Access the grace and ability of God by simple trust and childlike obedience. I believe in you and God believes in you. You will make it. Do not give in to hopelessness. Hopelessness is a lack of vision in what God can do in you and for you. I speak encouragement to you.

I am also believing in Jesus Name that God will help you in your exams. He will give you clarity and peace. He will bring things to your remembrance that you need to know when you need to know it. God will make up anything you lack. That is His joy – to be your God and your strength. You will lie down in green pastures of peace and you will enjoy His blessing in the presence of your enemies. He will anoint your head (mind and intellect) with His oil of Grace (Psalm 23:1-6). You shall not want for anything in Christ Jesus. He is your sufficiency. He is the God of the universe and He is your Friend. Aggressively trust Him for it. Boldly believe Him for it. You are not alone. In God, you are never alone. God bless you. We love you.

  2. Thank you so much for this inspirational message. My family are going through a really tough time. We supposed to empty this house but we have nowhere to go. Both my husband and me are unemployed. God has been really taking care of us through family and friends. I do not know what tomorrow holds but I know He holds my future. I’m so greatful for every little blessing. My husband does not do so good though. His depress and his bloodpressure is very high which makes him sick but I’m thankfull because he is still with us. God is good. Greetings in Christ

Cathleen – We will pray for you. Read the scriptures and speak the scriptural confessions. Have hope in God and seek Him. Try to get quiet and away from the roar of all that is happening. God is not doing this. It is evil. Work in God to figure out the answer and the path. You are not alone. I am believing that the grace and power and protection and peace and divine guidance of God to be all over you and in you in Jesus Name. I am believing for protection and favor to be over your whole family, and I speak health and protection over your husband, in Jesus Name!! I am believing for the peace of God that passes all UNDERSTANDING (of what can happen) to protect your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We love you, and so does God. Rex

  3. to all who hurt,
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want – psalm 23:1. The Good Shepherd takes care of his sheep in every way. Jesus promised us eternal life not a better life. We are unpolished jewels being ‘set apart’ unto Him as He conforms us to His image. He uses the abrasives of the world, of all of our troubles including those of our own making to conform us and He does so patiently because He already sees us as a glorious finished product! We are His and nothing can separate us from His love. We are hid with Christ in God Col 3:3.There is nothing that anyone or even ourselves that can do to to hinder his plan. To each of us He has given a measure of faith, you do have His grace to endure to the end. There will be sweat and blood but his all encompassing grace is sufficient for you. Paul, behind bars preached the gospel. Stephen in the face of stoners praised God. Others sinned grealy (Moses, Abraham, Noah, Jacob…but God did not count it against them. Even the things we do, that is our fault, was nailed to the cross with Christ now we have the privilege in spite of our situations to rely on Him, to be comforted by Him to allow Him to minister His life to us and through us to others who need His Love. We are testimonies and banners of the love of God that blows in the world’s wind. What I have done or what others have done to me is not the issue. The issue is Christ in me being revealed. Our Father knows every ache, every impossible moment, every unbearable situation and He has promised that he will never leave us nor forsake us. He is our very present help in time of need. He will not leave us fatherless. He has sent his comforter. He is our hope. He bottles your tears. Sometimes, He brings us to the very end so that we can experience His very presence. Let God Shepherd your soul. You can be practical for there are people and agencies to help. the righteous of God falls many times but gets back up and when we do fall, it is in the loving hands of Christ.

    Your sister in Christ, Martha

  4. I am totally desperate!
45 years old, wife and 5 children (5-11years old).
Narcissist mother that can not love. I lived an irresponsible life up to 7 months ago when I realised I am narcissistic.
Today I am finansially in deep trouble – $400,000 in debt, lost my job, with no proper career. I have severe depression and suffer from procrastination.
I just want to leave this earth for heaven. I can not get up in the morning, and I am emotionally tired. Suicide seems to be my only way out, but I do not want to go to hell and love my family.
I pray to God every day, but can not find peace or the hope to carry on. I am the cause of my problems over a 10 year period.
I Was made aware of all my sins on the 3rd of February this year, when the Holy Spirit in a moment of truth made me aware of my sinful and hopeless life. I repented all sins, and asked Jesus into my life.
The financial, career and pshycological damage was already done, and I have been depressed and suicidal since.
Situation is bad, and I see no way out!

    1. George, there is an entire world of people that feel just like you. You are definitely not alone. Of those people, there will be one of two likely outcomes. Some will feel that life is too hard and give up while others will dig deep within them and hold on to that little piece of hope, love, desire, happiness or strength they find buried beneath the pain, disappointment, frustration and guilt life brings. I believe you are amongst the diggers. Perhaps, you may even want to do some activity that requires you to dig. Gardening comes to mind. Its fairly inexpensive too btw. I can imagine what you are probably thinking, lol but trust me – its multifaceted. 🙂 keep us posted!

    2. Author

George – God is a way when there is no way. That is what is awesome about Him. Faith is not easy, it takes work to get the Word inside of you so that you will think like Him and have victory but it is worth it. Start reading the New Testament and confessing the confessions lower on this page. They are all built on scripture. They are what Paul prayed for the early Christians. Don’t lose hope. Suicide may look like an answer but it sure won’t help your beautiful daughter. Find some strong spirit-filled Christian people and get a hold of God and don’t let go till you have it. You will make it and your kids will make it.

Years ago I got divorced and she got the kids and everything. Slowly over time everything came back to me. I feel sorry for her. Walk in love but in the strength and victory of God. There is a way. God has a way. Find out what it is. I speak peace and healing to your soul. God bless

  5. Since i know that God’s Word can not fail without accomplishing that which the Father is please in, then I’ll always HOPE in HIS WORD

  6. Was surfing the net today…looking for a site just like this. Thankful to God for his divine providence and an opportunity to serve in the Body of Christ to help meet the needs of my brothers and sisters. Iron sharpens iron. Looking forward to visiting more.

  7. Marie,
I do not think it coincidence that my wife and I had a dear friend call us with almost an identical story. In fact, my wife is out to dinner with her as I type this. Marie, you are not defined anyone or anything…..you are a child of the Most High God. Your value is worth more that all the treasures in the world. God demonstrated this at Calvary…..and just as Calvary “appeared” to be a defeat, it was the greatest victory the world has ever seen or ever will see. He gave his soul, declining all powers as Almighty God to save Marie. Do not listen to negative thoughts….they are all lies from the father of lies. I can only imagine your grief and despair…..but remember, His promises are true and this too shall pass…..not only restoring you, but enriching you. Your value is not and NEVER has been based on anyone’s thoughts, words or actions about you. Your value was established long before your birth. Christ has already won the battle….get up, claim your inheritance as His child and be the person God intended for you to be(Jeremiah 29:11). I will see you in my prayers

    1. Author

Thank you Paul for your prayers and words of faith and encouragement. I am so glad you have found the victory in God. It is hard work but it is always worth it. God bless you and your wife.

  8. I have struggled with anger, fear, anxiety, resentment…..hiding it all well, that is until 5 years ago when I became addicted to benzodiazapines(Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Serax). I hit rock bottom and screamed out to God for help. There were times where I wished I could go to sleep and never wake up. God delivered me THRU this…not around, not over, not under….but THRU. I take one medicine to control my depression. Today, I had something to occur that would have caused me to use drugs, or lose my composure, with anger, resentment fear etc. but today, I was victorious over those things not because of my strength, but His. 5 years ago, I prayed out loud to God to deliver me from this paralyzing fear….speaking out loud Timothy 1:7. Never did I think I would be rid of this ruthless master of “fear” but today, I rested in God’s promises, waiting on His plans, dying to “self”…..self will, instead of feeding my fears and running ahead of God. I look back on what was a hopeless situation, with tears of joy streaming down my face, realizing he pulled me from the mirey clay and set my feet upon a rock. I am praying and would covet yours that it be God’s plan for me to be free of my current medicine.

    1. Paul ~ I am sitting here scrolling the internet trying to find some source of guidance for a loved one when I ran across your story from Sept 2013. It is very much like the story of my son right now. The issue I am faced with is extremely difficult as a mother. I am truly blessed to know Christ as my savior, I have been through difficult times in my life and cancer as well that had it not been for my faith in God I would not have been able to persavere. However, my dilemma is with my son. He is 21 and extremely depressed and hopeless. He cries out to me for help but I cannot give him the answers he is looking for. I can tell him all day long to give it to God, to pray for guidance, hope, etc. but he will only scoff. He was saved several years ago, but since then took the path to drugs to make his unhappiness go away. It was a rough 2 yrs but we got him back on track with God’s help. However, he burned alot of bridges on his way down and now feels alone, unloved and hopeless. What do you do when the suffering one feels like they have been let down by God? The last thing he believes is that praying to Him for help and mercy will prevail. He’s looking for an earthly fix that I dont believe he will ever find until he gets right with God and himself. I dont know what to do, which way to go to help. I pray my own prayers to the Almighty asking for guidance to help him.

      Lost and Loving Mom ~

  9. I’m 47 and knowing my first love for 30 years and was married to him for 20 years and 2 children, he has left and divorced me with never telling me he why he no longer loved me I begged him what is the problem and could we please work out what you feel is wrong? But he just wanted out and had a look of disgust on his face, I got on my knees begging him and he told me to get up and leave. I was in such shock n my heart dropped to my stomach. I have not been able to handle this at all. I have been deeply depressed so severe my mental and physical health has been declining so bad. we were attending church involved with other couples from church. We put our children through Christian schools. I tried everything to let him know I cant live without him n I love him. I have hit rock bottom and without him I prefer to be dead. no matter what medication I have been given or counseling its just not worth it without the man I love n married n the one that made a vowel to each other in front of God. He was my soul mate n we were to grow old together. I beg for prayer, please.. my heart is crushed n life is gone when he left, I could never love no other. I’m so sorry for my asking for people to please pray for me, I lost everything I had.

Marie – We and others are praying for you. This is crazy tough situation. God will help you to walk it out. Read some of the comments and go to some of the recommended pages for confessions and teachings. You can’t control another person. They will do what the want. You can only control you, with God’s help.

You must be a victor in this situation and not a victim. I know that is tough and straight but that is what it is. Jesus it merciful and He prefers restitution instead of judgement. BUT He is also not co-dependent and He is not an enabler. Stand up for yourself in God. We love you and accept you. God loves you and will fight for you. Now you go out and fight for you.

    2. Sis Marie, if You are a Born-again Believer in Christ Jesus, you are not a looser but a Winner because the Greater One lives IN you ( not around or away from you ).

Stop the mentality of being a victim, but, build on the MENTALITY, APTITUDE AND MINDSET OF THE RIGHTEOUS- which is Forever WINNING.

But in all this, we( fellow Believers) have join Faith with you and agree on your Heart desires. That the LORD GOD, THE FATHER of OUR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST heal you and your home in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen

  10. How far I have come from proverbs 31. im seeking internet prayer for help. I even made a web sending people letters of hope an love telling them that they mean some in a world that makes them feel like their nothing. not one reply.

    1. Author

Me – We love you. God’s word will help you out of this. Get the scriptures on God in side of you. Read the confessions on the bottom of the list on the right side of our site. Say them to yourself over and over. You will not feel anything for a while but then you will notice your heart changing. We love you. You will make it. Dare to allow God’s hope to flow back into your heart.

Work hard at not letting disappointing depressing thought stay too long in your head. I will be honest with you. It is a fight but you CAN win it. Talk to God like He really is there. He is faithful but He does require faith. Work to get His word into your heart.

Again, we love you and we are praying for you. Rex

  11. I just went to christianprayercenter.com an hit submit on my request an bam. they wanted a 35 dollar donation for prayer request. am now losing all hope an faith. we are struggle badly. an can find no help. have worked hard for 20 years never denied help to another. now we can find none. why has my father set such a long an hard trial for us. im broken.

    1. Me, don’t give up. We stand with you. God is merciful. He wants you to go to Him for help. We are hear to pray with you. My advice don’t wait till something bad happens.Instead speak scripture just like Rex mentioned. Speaking God’s Word is so powerful. When you speak His Words the demons flee from you. You are in God’s Presence where no devil in hell can get near you. God’s Word will protect you, heal you, deliver you, prosper you and gives you life. Declare healing and freedom over your life. Sometimes the enemy will give you false thoughts and beliefs which causes you to want to “give up all hope” but God says in his word, to NOT give up, because he is with you. He is FOR you, and because he is FOR you, then NO ONE can be against you. It’s the declaration that gives birth to how we live. I always tell my daughter, “What you say you give birth to” your words have power to fight back the enemy, but only if you declare it with scriptures. The only thing God requires, is for you to TRUST him, to have FAITH in him, that HE will DELIVER you from this storm! Sometimes, he brings us to different seasons, some harder than others, but he does it so we can rely and trust him. He does it, because he wants to SEE if we can TRUST him enough to bring our problems to HIM. He wants you to need him. When you completely surrender to him. That includes surrendering all your problems and all your needs, and becoming completely broken before the Lord it is then he will show you a breakthrough, and he will say in the midst of each storm, “Well done my good and faithful servant. The journey and trials were not easy, and I’m so proud of you. For your faith is pure.” Stand on the Lord and he will show you his power, love and miracles that you would never be able to comprehend.
      Love Yoli 🙂

  12. Dina,
Throughout the Bible we see God calling men of Israel together to be warriors, to fight those nations or people who have the desire to destroy their way of life. Today, every nation on earth has a military to guard their way of life. War and the damage it does to people is nothing new. But the big difference is how the warrior reacts to the destruction, death, and horrors they experienced. That is why your ex-boyfriend needs professional help. I would suggest contacting your pastor or priest and see if the church has a professional military consular on staff or if they could recommend someone. I was in the Air Force and helped with the evacuation of Saigon at the end of the Vietnam war. I can tell you that only someone who lived through the horrors of war can help your ex-boyfriend understand what is going on in his head and why he wants to end it all.
On the spiritual side. Please understand that God has the power to change the soul of a man and to fully heal your ex-boyfriend. Prayer is the vehicle that God the Father uses to create the change. As members of the Body of Christ we will ask God to change the voice his is listening to. But I would encourage you to teach him how to pray and ask God to heal him. The bible tells us when the heart is turn to the Lord; the vail is taken away. So teach him how to turn his heart to the Lord.

Father, your family comes together in prayer, seeking your intervention in this man’s life. Please protect him and keep him safe. Protect him from suicide. Let him hear the voice of the Lord and show him how much you love him and need him. Father may your daughter Dina begin teaching him how to touch you. How to pray with a pure heart. Give Dina the wisdom she will need to teach her ex-boyfriend the ways of God. Father bring the right consular bring the right group of warriors to help him. Father thank you for all that you are going to do in this man’s life. We pray Jesus that You will cover him with your precious blood in Jesus name amen.
    Bob and Yoli

  13. An acquaintance emailed me before church tonight. She is so depressed. She wants only to watch her grandson play tonight and then cause no one else any hurt. I do believe she wants to overdose on pills. Please, everyone pray for E. she is hurting so badly. Pray that God will send her special comfort to her and keep her from taking her life and making things only worse for her grandchild.

    1. Author

Ann – I will pray for her. The strength of depression is the power to isolate and demotivate. I believe God’s grace is more than sufficient for her to see His love and grace and break out of this prison. I believe she will in Jesus’ Name.

  14. Thank you because so much went wrong as I was praying to God for help things just fell apart every day with no hope

    1. Cathleen keep praying speak aloud:
      Scripture On God’s Protection
      Scriptures on Protection From Evil
      Scriptures On God’s Favor

Speak these scriptures until you memorize them. As you declare these promises from God. Thank and trust God for all He is doing in your life. Also, attend church and get involve in a bible study. Amen.

  15. We are losing hope quickly. It’s a very lng story, but our adult son wants to end his life. He’s struggling internally and believes God told him to die. We are doing everything we can, but so much is out of our control. He has little or no communication and pushes everyone and everything away. I know the devil has planted thoughts in his head. We can only pray. He refuses medication for clinical depression. We are truly in need of a miracle.

    1. Ren,
Based upon your statement it is very apparent that your son is a danger to himself. Therefore, you have an obligation to have him committed without his permission or consent. As his parent you need to call the police and let them know what is taking place. If I knew your address, I would call the police and let them know what is taking place. Do not think you can handle this kind of situation by yourself. YOUR SON NEEDS HELP AND YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE HE GETS IT ASAP. DO NOT WAIT CALL THE POLICE AND GET HIM THE HELP HE NEEDS. GOD BLESS YOU!!!
      Saints pray for this family.

  16. What a fantastic article. My hope is more than empty words. It is HERE and PRESENT. Thanks for the deep reminder.

    1. True Believe God is with you as you take this exam. Worship Jesus get into His Presence everyday. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 Yoli

  17. Thank you for words of encouragement. I am preparing a eulogy for a family who is filled with hopelessness; your consolidated scriptures on hope energized the Holy Spirit in me to provide the inspiration I need to inspire others….!

  18. I Declare

    Joel Osteen 2012

Our words have creative power. Any time you speak something, either good or bad; you give life to what you are saying. Scripture says, “We will eat the fruit of our words.” That means you will get exactly what you’ve been saying. You are prophesying your own future. That’s why it’s so important to send your words out in the direction you want your life to go. You can’t talk defeat and expect to have victory. You can’t talk lack and expect to have abundance. You will produce whatever you say.

Are you declaring the blessing of God over your life? Are you speaking His promises? Have you ever noticed that many of His promises are in the past tense? For example, in Ephesians God says, “I have blessed you with every spiritual blessing.” In Colossians He says, “I have made you worthy.” In Psalms He says, “I have surrounded you with favor as a shield.” These are all past tense, like it’s already happened. In order to activate His blessing, you have to come into agreement with what God has already declared about you. That’s faith!

Maybe you don’t necessarily feel blessed today. A lot of things may be coming against you in your family, finances or health. But that doesn’t change the Word of God. Circumstances don’t change what God says about you. However, what God says about you can change your circumstances. You are the deciding factor. Instead of talking about your circumstances, be bold and say, “God, if You say I’m blessed, then I believe I’m blessed! My checkbook may not say I’m blessed. The economy may not say I’m blessed. The medical report may not say I’m blessed. But God, I know You are the ultimate authority, and if You say I’m blessed, then I declare that I am blessed!”

When you get into agreement with God like that in your thoughts, words and actions, it opens supernatural doors and sets the blessing in motion. It allows Him to release the promises that already have your name on them! You can pull it out of the unseen spiritual realm over into the physical, seen realm. That’s what the Bible means when it says, “God speaks of nonexistent things as if they already existed.”

I want you to live the abundant, blessed, joy-filled life that Jesus came to give you and understand that the power of your words is a major key. That’s why I’ve written my new book, I Declare – 31 Promises to Speak Over Your Life. I want you to bless your future one day at a time, one month at a time. My hope is that you’ll pick up a copy and take just a moment each day to bless your future with one of the faith-filled declarations. I Declare. So order your copy today and begin to declare God’s blessing in every area of your life!

She’s getting the divorce in order to survive. Please pray for strength for her as she is becoming increasingly weak in spirit. Her husband’s name is Jon, pray for him to as he’s losing such a wonderful wife and his health as well.

  21. Please pray for my special friend and her family. She has been battling cancer for over 10 years and today she is depressed and hopless.
