Present Time Is a Rolling Stage

Shakespeare-globe-400-webThe ‘Present’ is where we live, and it is where our actions are needed and accomplished.  This Present is a rolling stage, constantly carrying us one step ahead of the past, and always just out of reach of the future.

The future may not scare us, and the past may not bother us, but it is the Present that troubles us, and is where we find our difficulties.  We cannot escape it.  We are forced to deal with it, and at times it seems to come as us very fast.  This stage is the arena of our life’s tests.

“All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players”
William Shakespeare
