Scriptures For Childbearing

It is God’s will for you to conceive and give birth to a healthy wonderful child. Read and confess these scriptures until faith drops into your heart. Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though he knew that he was too old to be a father at the age of one hundred and that Sarah, his wife, had never been able to have children. He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God. Romans 4:17-18

Fight fear with all you have. Remember, the presence of fear does not mean danger, it just indicates the presence of fear. We, with the help of the devil, make the connection to danger. See – Scriptures Against Fear

Jesus loves infants and children!

Then they also brought infants to Him that He might touch them. But when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them. Jesus said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Luke 18:15-16

But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them. Mark 10:13-16

At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me. Matthew 18:1-5

This is an encouragement. We have been trying and standing for several years. Just today I found out that we are not, but I am not moved by what I see. I WILL be “a Mother of Children” and my “quiver WILL be full!” It’s so hard to find testimonies that don’t end in adoption or some form of medical assistance (IVF, etc.). Thank you and I’m glad I’ve found these scriptures. We have written out many already, but I see some that we didn’t have!

Sarah – Speak these scriptures out of your mouth till they become a part of you. Meditate on them and wait on God. Then relax as if you had been to the doctor for IVF or to an agency for adoption. God will work for you.

Sometimes the relaxing in God’s peace is enough. My parents could not conceive for years. They gave up and started the process of adoption, then boom, she got pregnant. This story is repeated over and over.

Trust in God and let Him work on your behalf. He is faithful. We love you. Rex
